My skin care

Prípravky, ktoré používam na pleť sa menia väčšinou s ročným obdobím. Niečo majú všetky spoločné a to, že sú vhodné pre mastnú pleť.

Products used on my skin change of the season. All of them have somting in common - suitable for oil skin.

Najradšej mám prípravky od Biodermy a tie používam dennodenne:
Micelárna voda H2O jemne čistí pokožku a reguluje tvorbu kožného mazu. Je naozaj jemná takže pokožku vôbec nevysuší.
Sébium mat používam po vyčistení pleti micelárnou vodou. Tento gél pokožku dokonale zmatní.
Sébium akn používam len v prípade, že sa mi objaví vyrážka.

I prefer products from Bioderma and I use them every day.
Micelar water H2O gently cleanses the skin and regulates sebum production. It is really soft so the skin does not dry at all.
Sebium mat I use after cleaning by the micelar wather. This gel is perfectly tarnishing.
Sebium akn I use only if I have acne.

Produkty od Garnier tiež stoja za spomenutie.
V zimnom období používam make up ale počas ostatných období používam BB krémy.
BB cream pre zmiešanú a mastnú pleť používam často na jar a BB cream pre normálnu pleť používam na jeseň. V lete sa snažím nenanášať na pleť nič.
Garnier activ a pure používam keď sa objavia vyrážky.
Garnier Pure môžem jednoznačne doporučiť ako SOS pomoc pri vyrážke, pretože účinkuje okamžite.

Products from Garnier are also worth mentioning.
In winter I use make up but at other times I use BB creams.
BB cream for combination and oily skin I use often in the spring and BB cream for normal skin I use in the fall. In the summer I try to use nothing of them.
Garnier activ and pure I use when I have acne.
Garnier Pure I can definitely recomend as SOS helper for acne, because it really works immediately.

Na hĺbkové čistenie pleti používam tieto 2 produkty. Náplaste na čistenie pórov a pílingové obrúsky 3 v 1.
Náplaste sú na nos, čelo a bradu teda na T-zónu a skvele vyčistia póry. Používam ich už roky a nedám na ne dopustiť.
Nivea pílingové obrúsky som objavila nedávno. Doteraz som používala pílingový gél od Garnier ale už používam len tieto obrúsky. Sú to vlhčené obrúsky s kúskami pílingu. Pleť nielen očistia, ale aj osviežia. Sú vhodné na cestovanie.

For deep cleaning I use these two products. Clear-up strips for cleaning pores and peeling wipes 3 in 1.
Clear-up strips are for nose, forehead and chin so they are on T-zone and they really clean pores. I use them  for years and I will not let them.
Nivea peeling wipes I discovered recently. I have used peeling gel from Garnier, but now I use these wipes. They are wet with bits of peeling. Skin is not only clean but also fresh. They are suitable for traveling.
